Alumni from the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism were among the throngs of reporters covering the recent presidential conventions that anointed the Democratic ticket of Barack Obama and Joseph Biden and the Republican team of John McCain and Sarah Palin.

Crain’s New York Business reporters Matt Sollars (’07) and Daniel Massey (’07) contributed to the paper’s convention blog, with Matt penning posts from the Democratic gathering in Denver and Danny dishing from the Republican confab in St. Paul, Minn.
