Prof. Jeff Jarvis has come out with a new book on lessons companies can learn from the Google way of thinking and doing business.

What Would Google Do? went on sale in late January while Jarvis, who is director of the interactive program at the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism, was attending the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

An excerpt from the book on the “Googley” car company also made the cover of the Feb. 9, 2009 issue of BusinessWeek magazine.

Jarvis is running additional snippets from the book on his blog, BuzzMachine. The book was published by Collins Business, an imprint of HarperCollins, which also released a video version.
