The Oregonian’s summer internship is a 10-week program open to student reporters, copy editors, photographers, graphic artists, page designers and new media specialists. It is intended for students who have completed their junior or senior year of college, though strong applications from sophomores and graduate students will be considered.

Successful applicants typically have already done one or more internships at a daily newspaper. Interns are paid a stipend in order to defray the cost of living in the metro area, but they are responsible for their own housing and relocation costs.
