Professor Sarah Bartlett
The program is led by Professor Sarah Bartlett who has worked as a reporter and editor at Fortune, Inc., The New York Times, and BusinessWeek. Bartlett, who was BusinessWeek’s first female assistant managing editor, draws on her wide range of industry contacts to infuse the program with top-notch guests from the media and New York business circles.
Dean Stephen Shepard
The program is further enhanced by the professional contacts and expertise of the School’s dean, Stephen Shepard, who was BusinessWeek’s editor-in-chief for 21 years and the recipient of many of the industry’s most prestigious awards.
Greg David
Greg David became the editorial director of Crain’s New York Business in October 2008 after a 23-year stint as the paper’s editor. He writes the editorial page and a twice-a-month column on politics, the economy, and journalism in New York.
Susan Kuhn
Susan Kuhn has been teaching business writing and journalism classes for seven years, at Queens College and St. John’s University. She began her career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley, in corporate finance and capital markets, then joined Fortune magazine as a reporter in 1988.
Alan Mirabella
Alan Mirabella is a senior editor at Bloomberg News in New York. In his current position, he edits breaking news and features on real estate and the subprime mortgage crisis.
