Josh Landis is a correspondent at CBS News, co-creator of an Emmy-nominated, animated news segment called “The Fast Draw,” and a general assignment reporter at WCBS-TV. Before joining CBS, Landis was the head writer for “World News With Charles Gibson” at ABC News and prior to that he wrote for Peter Jennings. Landis’ work has earned him WGA and Edward R. Murrow awards. In addition to network news, Landis has also written and produced for CNN and Fox News. Throughout his career, he has reported from locations as diverse as the Middle East, Antarctica, and New Zealand. A graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans with a degree in sociology, Landis is also an accomplished still photographer. His photos have appeared in The New York Times, USA Today,The Los Angeles Times, and other publications.
