Luke Mitchell is the ideas editor of Popular Science. From 2002 to 2010, he was a senior editor of Harper’s Magazine.
He is a fellow of the New York Institute of the Humanities and has written for, among other publications, Harper’s Magazine, The New York Times, The Washington Post, and Bass Player.
He has a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Kansas.
