Mona Houck has been a reporter and editor for newspapers ranging from a small Iowa weekly to The New York Times, where she is an editor on the national desk. Houck has been an adjunct professor at New York Law School and a law clerk for a federal judge. She is a graduate of Drake University and New York Law School.
