DESCRIPTION:April 10\, 1-2 p.m\, Via Zoom \nJoin Tat Bellamy Walker for a one-hour discussion about how trans journalists and allies can navigate safety\, solidarity\, and inclusion in today’s media environment. \nDrawing from their reporting and advocacy experience\, Tat will discuss practical strategies for building a diverse\, resilient journalism community amid increasing social and political pressures. \nTat is the Program Manager\, Digital Safety Training and Resources (Media) at PEN America and program co-director of the Trans Journalists Association’s Peer Career Network.
