With over a decade of experience in traditional and digital media\, she blends creative strategy with results-driven execution. Ashley previously served as Digital Director at Hearst Publishing and as Digital Training Director at Beasley Media Group\, leading national campaigns and training programs. She is passionate about helping local businesses grow through impactful advertising strategies that merge the trust of print with the reach of digital.\n \nVania André is Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of The Haitian Times\, a trailblazing media outlet founded in 1999 in Brooklyn\, New York. Under her leadership\, The Haitian Times has evolved from a local weekly publication to a globally recognized brand\, chronicling the vibrant Haitian community across borders. With over a decade of dedicated service\, Vania oversees all facets of editorial\, audience engagement\, and business operations. She is also an Assistant Professor of Journalism\, Media Studies\, and Public Relations at The Lawrence Herbert School of Communication at Hofstra University.
