DESCRIPTION:The Spanish-language program and the Tow-Knight Center at The Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY proudly presents a lecture by Yochai Benkler\, the co-director of the Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society at Harvard University. \nBenkler will tackle the conventional model of journalistic objectivity\, arguing that when journalists try to be neutral in their reporting\, they are complicit in creating and spreading disinformation. \nIn addition\, Benkler will trace the history of political polarization and the radicalization of the Conservative movement in America.
