DESCRIPTION:January Academy is a series of extra enrichment classes unique to the master’s degree programs of the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY. \nOffered for three weeks every January between the fall and spring semesters\, the program is free for all current students\, applicants\, and select CUNY undergraduates (juniors and seniors only)\, and available at a nominal price to alumni and members of the public. \nFor a list of January Academy 2020 courses\, go to the Eventbrite registration link. Please note that Newmark J-School students will get special access codes to sign up. Applicants and CUNY undergrads must register through the Office of Admissions. The public may also take classes for a fee.
