Kalli Anderson is an audio producer, writer and documentary filmmaker. She started her career in radio at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) in Montreal where she worked as a researcher, associate producer and reporter.
Since 2008, she has worked as a freelance audio documentary producer for several national CBC radio shows and podcasts. She also works as a freelance feature writer and independent documentary filmmaker and loves collaborating on multimedia projects that combine documentary, art, and journalism.
Her audio documentary work has won a Canadian RTDNA Award for Diversity Reporting and Silver at the New York Festivals Radio Awards. Her writing has won Gold at the Canadian Digital Publishing Awards.
Kalli has a B.A. from McGill University and an M.A. from York University. She has been teaching since 2010 and previously taught at Humber College and Ryerson School of Journalism in Toronto.
