Ken Vittor was the executive vice president and general counsel of McGraw Hill until 2014.
During his 33-year career, Ken was the senior First Amendment litigation and editorial counsel for BusinessWeek and local TV network affiliates owned by McGraw Hill.
Prior to joining McGraw Hill, he was a litigation associate at the Cahill Gordon & Reindel law firm in New York where he represented media companies in First Amendment and related legal matters.
Ken is a graduate of Cornell University and the University of Chicago Law School.
