Patrick Cole is a writer, editor, and senior content strategist at The Atlantic.
His journalism has appeared in publications ranging from The Economist to Crain’s New York. He has worked as a correspondent and reporter for The Chicago Tribune, Time, and Bloomberg News. At the Tribune, he was a member of the team of reporters that won the 2001 Pulitzer Prize for explanatory reporting.
Cole received a B.A. in English from the University of Notre Dame, a J.D. degree from UCLA School of Law and an M.Phil. degree in law from the University of Exeter.
