Consent And Release (Image And Voice)

I hereby allow the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism and its affiliates (collectively, the Newmark J-School ) to use my image and voice, if appropriate, in photos, videos, recordings, and/or online streaming for one or more of the following purposes:

I hereby release and hold harmless the Newmark J-School and those acting pursuant to its authority from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation in the event or the actions of the Newmark J-School in reliance on this consent and release. I have read and fully understand the terms of this consent and release.
