Declaration of Pass/Fail Option

Graduate students who wish to exercise the P/Fail option must:

Register for the course in the usual manner.
Review the instructions for the P/F request for guidelines and additional information.
Complete this declaration and submit it to the Office of Student Affairs/Academic Affairs by the last day to withdraw from a course as stated on the academic calendar.
This option can only be used for electives. It may not be used for first and second-semester required courses, subject concentration courses.
