Walter Smith-Randolph, ’10, is now part of the Investigative Unit team at WWMT in Grand Rapids/Kalamazoo, MI.
The native New Yorker joined the CBS affiliate last year as a general assignment reporter, after previously working at WEYI in Flint, MI. While at the NBC affiliate station in 2014, Smith-Randolph reported on the Flint water crisis before it made national news. His reporting on that crisis was recently featured on Late Night with Seth Myers.
In his new role, Smith-Randolph will focus on consumer investigations and government watchdog reporting.
