Carmel Delshad, ’11, Receives 2016 ONA CNN Diversity Fellowship

The Arab-American multimedia journalist, who studied broadcast and international reporting at the CUNY J-School, attended this year’s Online News Association conference in Denver Sept. 15-17 courtesy of a CNN Diversity Fellowship.

Delshad, who is based in Washington, D.C., recently joined American University’s Radio WAMU as its first producer for All Things Considered.
