Radio adjunct Karen Duffin is joining NPR’s Planet Money team as a new host, Supervising Senior Producer Alex Goldmark announced Monday.
“She’s a podcast star, but if you don’t know her work, she has a knack for finding characters with wild tales, blending in-depth reporting and narrative storytelling,” Goldmark wrote in a statement. Goldmark is also an adjunct in the audio journalism program.
Previously a producer for This American Life, Duffin has also worked with Radiolab, More Perfect, The Moth, Reply All, Pop Up Magazine, On the Media and several others.
