Taking great photos is one thing. Editing photos — your own work and the work of others — is another. Too often good photographers edit poorly and do not present their best work to editor when on assignment and in a portfolio. This workshop, taught by a professional photo editor, will show you how to better edit work to tell the story you want to tell. From a single-image social media post to complex magazine-quality photo essay, a strong edit can make an otherwise ordinary story magical. Photo editing is itself a career and the ability to think visually and edit photos well is a marketable skill.
