Facilities Rental Request Outside Entities Only

The Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at the City University of New York rents out its facilities at a fee to both CUNY and non-CUNY affiliated groups. Before submitting this form, please consult the Facilities Rentals Page, including our code of conduct for all visitors and guests to the Newmark J-School and our space rental policy for outside entities.

Select "First Available" and a room most closely matching your event requirements will be reserved. Every classroom has a projector, laptop hookups, and an Apple iMac computer at the podium. Software on the desktop computers include: Powerpoint/Keynote, Word, Internet Browsers (Firefox and Safari), and audio and video playback (CD and MP3, DVD and Quicktime). Conference Room 406 has a laptop hookup for a 46 inch display, along with DVD and CD players.
