How Bad Is It? Implications of the Federal Tax Bill for New York

The federal tax overhaul passed last month may have enormous impacts in New York and could upend the relationship between the federal government and the states.

Citizens Budget Commission (CBC) and the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism will gather experts to assess the impact and potential city and state responses in a special half-day conference.
