Mona Hardin has been fighting for justice for her son, Ronald Greene, since Louisiana State Police alleged he died in a car accident in 2019. She questioned their story immediately.
The reality — that he died after being beaten, dragged and tased by state troopers — came to light after Carl Cavalier (top image), a trooper himself, told the truth at the cost of his job. Videos of Greene’s beating later emerged, via The Associated Press.
In the wake of the horrific killing of Tyre Nichols at the hands of police in Memphis, Ms. Hardin and Mr. Cavalier will answer your questions about what it’s like to be in the middle of a police killing and attempted cover-up.
