Cara Eisenpress

Cara Eisenpress is a freelance reporter who covers food for Crain’s New York Business.

She is the author of a cookbook, “In the Small Kitchen,” and the editor at a food blog, “Big Girls, Small Kitchen.” She has also contributed to Gastronomica, Bon Appétit, and First We Feast.

Cara worked at Blue Apron as it grew from a five-person company to a billion-dollar startup. She began her career as an editorial assistant at Little, Brown and Company and is a graduate of the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY.
