Corporal Frandy Germain joined CUNY and the Graduate School of Journalism in 2007 and is a certified campus peace officer. He specializes in many aspects of public safety, including response to emergencies, crowd control, first aid, security inspections, and security technologies.
Corporal Germain has recently expanded his expertise by obtaining several certifications through FEMA in the areas of Incident Command and Emergency Management in Higher Education.
